Every organization faces financial risks, especially when it comes to illness and disability of your (former) employees. It is therefore important for employers to have a good overview of these risks and to get a grip on them. This is not always easy and often requires specific knowledge and skills to apply social laws and regulations. Do you currently not have this expertise in-house? No problem!

From Resolu, we offer the possibility of deploying Case Managers in your organization on a temporary basis. Whether this is due to a (temporary) capacity problem or because there is a need for specific expertise for a certain period of time, we will be pleased to get to work for you and look for the best solution for the management of the financial risks and consequences of illness and disability. As a Registered Case Manager, you are expected to manage an absence and/or disability file in terms of process, content, financial, legal and communication. Within Resolu, this is the daily activity of our Registered Case Managers. Some examples of work within an average work week:

  • Consulting with a client to advise on claims management at the organizational level;
  • In conversation with a (former) employee to jointly explore reintegration options;
  • Coordinating the process of Objection & Appeal;
  • Provide external training/presentations in a variety of areas within social security such as self-insured, WGA and Sickness Law;
  • Discuss complex cases or situations with different parties involved, setting out different scenarios.
