Whk Decision
Whk decision stands for Work resumption fund. As an employer, you received a decision from the Tax Office in early December. It determines the amount of the differentiated premium for the next year. This premium consists of two parts: WGA premium and the Sickness Benefits Act premium. The decision is based on the data from the previous year. The premium percentage you have to pay depends on a number of parameters.
You can send your Whk decision to us for a check, without obligation. Resolu will map out the current Sickness Benefits Act and WGA claims and give advice on how you can reduce them. In addition, we provide advice on whether it is advisable to take out public (UWV) or private(self-insurer) insurance.
If Resolu sees opportunities to file an objection, Resolu can perform the audit of the imputed Sickness Act and WGA benefits for you and file an objection with the Tax authorities. This is on a 'no cure no pay' basis. You only pay if there are concrete savings. For more information, please contact us and we will be happy to help you!
