What is a Whk?
Whk decision stands for Werkhervattingskas. Every year in early December, you will receive the decision that determines the amount of the differentiated premium for the Work Resumption Fund (Whk). This premium consists of two parts: WGA premium and the Sickness Benefits Act premium.
Checking Whk
We recommend that you check your Whk determination for the following items, among others:
- Classification in the right sector
- Beating enterprise size
- Rightly (non-)self-insured
- Correct payrolls (over the years 2016 to 2020) established
- Allocated (partially) ZW and or WGA benefits correct
