Brabant Water N.V. has had an agreement with Resolu for WGA guidance, Objection and Appeal and Sickness Law guidance since 2018. What we find particularly important is the high level of knowledge of our contact persons (Bauke Verzijl and Pauline Avontuur). They are fully aware of all regulations, exceptions and risks in the field of the WGA and understand the art of explaining this in an understandable way. They support us from the moment the employee receives the WIA decision and advise us about the options we have as an employer after our employees have been absent from work for 104 weeks. During the WGA period, Resolu acts as a contact person to the (former) employee and fulfills all our legal obligations. Contact is always made in a pleasant and customer-friendly manner.

CS Training

There are always students who stand out to me in terms of entrepreneurial spirit combined with knowledge and skill. Similarly, Pauline Avontuur during the Registered Case Manager course caught my eye. She graduated Post Bachelor at the operational and corporate level. She is goal-oriented and solution-oriented. Within the training she has shown a high quality of work and thinking. We see her as a true connector with many entrepreneurial qualities. We wish Resolu every success and that all dreams may come true.
