Your new job

Resolu helps employers manage and resolve issues such as the Sickness Law and WGA, among others. As Task Delegation Case Manager at Resolu, you are the point of contact for employers who have opted for self-insurance for the Sickness Benefits Act. You supervise and support employees who have left (sick) employment and are partially or fully disabled in the (reintegration) process.

You have close contact with both the ex-employee, the ex-employer, company doctor, UWV and other parties. You determine the right to sickness benefit and supervise the ex-employee throughout the waiting period. You are

What do you bring?

In addition:

  • Do you have demonstrable HBO working and thinking level;
  • Have experience in customer contact;
  • Are you stress resistant;
  • Have an affinity for occupational health and safety legislation;
  • Knowledge of the Wet Verbetering Poortwachter and/or Ziektewet is a plus;
  • Are you in possession of a driver's license B and willing to travel for work (to our various offices and employers);
  • Are you preferably available 32-40 hours per week, 28 hours per week is negotiable.
