Declaring inadmissible

"Declaring inadmissible" means that a court or the UWV decides not to pursue a submitted objection or appeal. This is done because certain formal requirements have not been met, such as late submission of documents, lack of sufficient interest in the case, or other conditions. When an objection or appeal is declared "inadmissible," it is not dealt with substantively and no decision is made on the substance of the objection or appeal.

Declared founded

"Sustained" means that a court or the UWV rules that a filed objection or appeal is justified. This means that the petitioner's grounds are found to be valid and that there is sufficient basis to approve the objection or appeal . If an objection or appeal is upheld, it may result in a modification of the original decision or some other form of redress or compensation.

Declared unfounded

"Declared unfounded" means that a court or the UWV rules that a filed objection or appeal is not justified. In other words, the petitioner's grounds are not found sufficient or convincing. As a result, the original decision remains in effect and no further action is taken to change it.
